Out of Hours/Crisis/Emergency
EPIC Solutions are not a crisis, emergency or a 24/7 service. In the case of an emergency or out of hours contact there are other agencies you can contact.
You can call NHS helpline 111 or 999 in a medical emergency for advice or immediate attention. You can also make contact with your GP to discuss any medical concerns during their opening hours.
MASH (Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub) if you are worried about the safety of a child in Devon and want to speak to someone, or if you are a child worried about your own safety, on 0345 155 1071 or email and give as much information as you can.
If a child is at immediate risk contact the police on 999.
CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services) offer additional crisis support. If a child or young person (under 18) in Devon is experiencing a mental health crisis, you can now access Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) 24/7. Please contact 0330 024 5321 during normal hours (8am-5pm, Mon to Fri) or 0300 555 5000 outside these hours. Callers will speak to a call handler, their call will be forwarded to a voicemail service and their message will be returned within one hour.
